Overview:
Our Sage Dental Senior Accountant will be a hands-on position that will interact with leadership and coordinate with teammates in various departments to ensure the proper execution of treasury and accounting functions and the accurate reporting of financial results. You will perform accounting and analysis functions that support the compilation of accurate monthly, quarterly and yearly financial results. Additionally, you will be responsible for daily and monthly activities as they relate to the companies cash and debt management.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day cash and liquidity operations
Ensure bank accounts for daily cash management are adequately funded
Prepare and distribute the daily cash position of the organization
Prepare and distribute weekly cash flow report
Improve the weekly cash flow forecast process
Implement tracking and forecasting of capex spend
Handle daily operating issues related to banking and treasury and assist with bank account management
Qualifications:
B.A. or B.S. in Finance or Accounting
Four to Six (4-6) years relevant treasury and accounting work experience
Strong knowledge of cash management, banking, and accounting
Strong computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and financial ERP systems, Microsoft dynamics (Great Plains) is a plus
This is an onsite role, Monday-Friday, at our Boca Raton, FL headquaters. No relocation or remote assistance will be provided for this role.
