Product Owner / Product Manager - eCommerce

Position Overview:

Navistar is undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a being a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions and is strongly committed in evolving its digital capabilities and tools.

Navistar Digital Dealer is part of the digital ecosystem which will be supporting the company, its network of dealers and customers in the upcoming years.

We have a great opportunity on our Digital Dealer Team for a Product Owner - eCommerce who will build and execute the eCommerce platform, driving sales and improving customer satisfaction.

The individual will interact with the stakeholders, developers, analysts, and business leads to create a strategic prioritization of features, adding value and drive innovation and revenue who will serve as the soup-to-nuts product leader from ideation and requirements gathering through deployment and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities:

Drive the long-term strategy and roadmap for the eCommerce platform, focusing on product and market growth opportunities.

Incorporate internal and external stakeholder feedback to generate features that deliver true business value to the end user.

Collaborate with Product Management, UX, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Care on near- and long-term product roadmaps and drive cohesion across the organization.

Manage product backlog (PBL). Define User Stories with detailed Acceptance Criteria that meet a Definition of Ready; participate in daily standup and sprint reviews of engineering work products.

Define and manage KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to track performance in achieving product success

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree

At least 12 years of technical project/program management experience

At least 2 years of lead experience

OR

Master’s degree

At least 8 years of technical project/program management experience

At least 2 years of lead experience

OR

At least 14 years of technical project/program management experience

At least 2 years of lead experience

Additional Requirements:

Qualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. Desired Skills:

Experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or similar roles using an Agile software development process

eCommerce B2B expert implementing Salesforce, Commerce tools, Spryker, etc

Experience managing system-level architecture and enterprise system design

Passionate about customer satisfaction

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills

Strong initiative is required, with the ability to work independently when needed

Pragmatic problem solver and can focus attention on technical details (i.e., take complex problems and break them down into components)

Ability to travel 25% of the time
