Your Responsibilities as a Real Estate Sales Agent:

Build and maintain relationships with past, current, and future clients.

Cultivate connections with vendors.

Meet with potential to understand their real estate goals.

Negotiate offers and repairs on your clients' behalf.

Communicate thoroughly with all parties throughout the transaction to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction.

Be a local expert – know the community and market inside out, confidently answering queries about potential homes, similar properties, and the neighborhood.

Real Estate Sales Agent Requirements:

Previous sales experience is a plus.

Embrace a tech-savvy mindset.

Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

Be self-motivated and driven by ambition.

Exhibit excellent organization and time management skills.

A valid Real Estate License or in the process of getting licensed.

Up to $200,000 per year

Self-determined schedule

Weekend availability
