Job Details:

The Burg / Security Alarm System Integrator will work on assigned installations, service, and maintenance calls of Security Technology Systems such as: IP CCTV Systems, Analog CCTV Systems, Access Control Systems, Cloud Based Security Systems, Security Systems.

Candidate Requirements

Background in Networking, Security Technology Systems + System wiring and circuitry (i.e., Terminating Cat5e and Cat6 wire, terminating BNC and Coaxial Connections, familiar with wet contact, dry contact, wired in series, wired in parallel)

3+ Years Experience performing installation, Service and maintenance of Low voltage Camera, Access Control and security systems.

Must be able to work Autonomously and clearly relay all pertinent information to their Supervisor

Know how to utilize reasoning and problem solving to resolve complex problems

Able to Install, program, service and install low voltage security technology systems

Able to network to build relationships with site representatives, manufacturer representatives and technical support personnel.

Assist in the Assessment and design of low voltage security systems

Have the ability to independently research and provide solutions to client security needs

Availability for emergency service 24/7

Proficiency in use of computers, phones, and tablets

Ability to climb and work off ladders at or above 20 feet and stand for extended periods of time

Knowledge of and ability to use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment

Knowledge of building construction, wiring and local codes

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Ability to meet other job requirements as set forth by the Lead Technician & company

Driver's License or State ID (Required)

Clean driving record (Required)

OSHA 30 in Construction (Required)
