In-House Attorney

Trustpoint.one has partnered with a growing private equity company in its search for an Attorney to support their legal department in Greenwich, CT.

The company is located near a Metro North station but does require the attorney to work in the office four days per week.

Duties include, but are not limited to the following: Assisting with NDA’s.

Handling SEC compliance.

Drafting documents such as consulting and purchase agreements, letters of intent, and Memos of Understanding.

Assisting with deals and term sheets.

Qualifications: 2+ years of experience as an Attorney, with a combination of corporate and compliance experience, i.e.
