What you will be doing:

As our new Group Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end group sourcing activities. You will be responsible for performing the sourcing projects outlined within the sourcing pipeline as agreed with the Category Directors.

More specifically, you will:

Develop global sourcing strategies with the Category teams based on joint market opportunities and category strategies

Prepare recommendations that sum-ups sourcing activities and enable efficient decision-making

Join value improvement meetings together with the category managers and stakeholders accessing new sourcing opportunities

Ensure governance according to the sourcing SOP and negotiate terms and conditions as a part of the sourcing events

Make sure to be up to date on industry and market trends as well as best practices

What you bring:

To succeed in this role, you will need your ability to structure and execute multiple, complex tasks at the same time. You are therefore proactive and fact-focused in everything you do. Moreover, you are a skilled business negotiator. And finally, you have outstanding communicative skills which make you capable of establishing trustworthy relations with stakeholders on all organizational levels.

Furthermore, you:

Have 4 years of experience in the sourcing area on an international scale in a complex organization

Have knowledge of e-sourcing tools (Jaggaer or similar)

Feel comfortable in preparing analyses regarding suppliers, category and savings

Are experienced in negotiating for complex services/products

Feel knowledgeable in tender management

Understand and well verse with saving methodology tools

Are fluent in English both orally and written. Additional languages will be an advantage

Willing to work in hybrid mode from our Poznań office
