DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests' service needs
Assist guests with questions regarding menu selections
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals
Handle VIP special requests and amenities
Record transaction in POS system at time of purchase
Act as a F&B server within in room dining service and cafe/lounge outlet
Polish, prepare and organize cutlery, glassware, flatware and paper products
Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day
Maintain cleanliness of work and guest areas by clearing, collecting and returning food and beverage items to proper area
Ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional
Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
Complete closing duties, including restocking items
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested
REQUIREMENTS
1 year F&B Experience preferred
Multi lingual a plus
Able to work a flexible shift to include holidays and weekends
Aloha POS, Opera PMS, Internet, Email
