Job Description

Daily Responsibilities/Requirements

Order Fulfillment/Client Support

· Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels;

o Sourcing – use ATS to pull lists to reach mass candidates via EZtext or BCC email, ask for referrals from current employees out on assignment, send email blast to current or previous boxes, reach out to candidates via Indeed and share open positions with community partners

o Screening – over the phone discussion with candidates to go over client job description and requirements, review candidate resumes and skills and how they fit the role and clarify their interests in proceeding to be considered for the role

o In person / Video Screening – more thorough discussion about the position, what the client requires, identify possible sales leads to share with the Sales team

o Testing – administer any testing required for clients or identified to better market candidates to the hiring manager

o Interview prep – Provide additional client or hiring manager background prior to an in person or video interview, share possible questions the interviewee might ask, guide a candidate on how to answer possible questions, advise candidates to confirm once they are onsite for an interview or to be logged on 10-15 minutes before a video interview to make sure technology is working properly

· Use personal network and social media outlet to market current openings and find candidates: Facebook, Facebook Groups, Instagram, LinkedIn, community partners

· Ability to visit clients when scheduled or last-minute needs for visits and push to close on orders

· Schedule requested interviews; send out confirmation email, confirm the day before interview, confirm the day of interview

· Make job offers; provide job expectations, onboarding process/requirements and discuss client requirements for clarification

Sales

· Complete 15 quality candidate resume share daily

· Conduct sales calls to current and new clients as well as prospects

· Identify sales leads from candidate screening, online research (job boards, LinkedIn, social media) or from personal network

Onboarding/Assignment Creation/Web Center

· Fill out onboarding form for tracking

· Send out NHP via DocuSign or schedule office visit to complete onboarding forms prior to assignment start, send out AHT email and make sure training is completed and certificate is sent back, request IDs that show they are eligible for work in the US

· Schedule Safety Training for all candidates working onsite

· Send out background check request when required

· Follow up on candidates to make sure all onboarding requirements are completed

· Pull all onboarding forms and upload into ATS individually, update ATS with details provided from onboarding forms

· Create web center credentials when required and email information to associate or client

Additional Responsibilities:

· Answer all incoming calls before or no more than after 2 rings

· Make sure to respond to client or internal emails within 30 minutes as well as assist in flagging team members or management on emails that need attention

· Welcome visitors coming into the office by making eye contact and standing up to greet them

· Assist in confirming incoming orders

o Respond to clients via email or over the phone

o Add new orders into the TA Order doc

o Flag team members on all new orders

o Request JD clean up, JD cards or fliers

o Make sure opening is posted on Indeed, Zip or both, college websites, and all other social media outlets

· Ability to attend job fairs and other events when required

Requirements:

· Strong understanding and ability to quickly learn how to recruit for all types of roles

· Strong sense of urgency, accountability, innovation, fearless and passion for the work we do

· Connected brand ambassador

· Excellent inter-personal skills, communication skills and team player

· Ability to use social media; both personal and professional to help market job openings

· Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office, Google Apps and in-depth knowledge of data mining and internet research

· Must have reliable transportation – ability to commute to other SlingShot office locations, transport event materials for branding events – driving distance can be an average of 70 miles or a 1-hour commute
