Pacesetter Personnel Services is hiring a Personal Injury Case Manager for our client in Houston, TX 77008.

Job Description:

Working under the firm’s attorneys to manage a caseload of personal injury cases

Deliver immaculate client service while maintaining a strong focus on client medical treatment and answering client questions

Draft and send demand letters

Develop each individual case according to office policies, work diligently and proactively to address liability issues, and accurately draft liability, PIP, and UIM demand letters.

Acquire and review medical and billing records throughout the treatment phase of the case

Accurately maintain case management data in the database.

Effectively communicate with an assigned attorney using multiple mediums (i.e. email, case reviews) to address any case building, property damage, or case settling issues and direction

Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Minimum of 2 years (preferred) of experience in a plaintiff’s personal injury law firm

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills on the phone, in person, and email

Ability to maintain a high degree of discretion when dealing with confidential information

Superb organizational and time management skills to include meticulous attention to detail

Must be able to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines

Outstanding attendance and punctuality

Excellent client service skills and the ability to promote and maintain a strong commitment to the mission and values of the organization

Ability to think critically and use logic and reasoning to understand, analyze, and evaluate situations and exercise good judgment to make appropriate decisions

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with providers, management, and staff.

Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications and experience with Case Management Software

Must be able to pass a drug test and background check

Bilingual Preferred

Pay:

$21.00-$24.00 an hour depending on experience. We pay weekly.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. Weekends if needed.
