Recruiting Administrator

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Recruiting Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our recruiting team, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our digital recruitment strategies and ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring teams. This position is in person at the office in Downtown Sacramento, with the opportunity to do hybrid. The position is newly created and there's room for growth!

Duties and Responsibilities:

Utilize advanced AI-driven sourcing tools and social media platforms to identify and attract high-caliber talent.

Serve as the primary administrator for our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), managing configurations, customizations, and troubleshooting.

Lead the implementation and management of digital pre-screening tools and assessments for efficient candidate evaluations.

Drive the adoption and optimization of video interviewing platforms, ensuring a standardized and efficient remote candidate assessment process.

Collaborate with IT to develop and implement automated processes and workflows within the recruitment cycle.

Utilize advanced data analytics tools to track and analyze recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Implement and optimize technology tools to enhance the overall candidate experience, from application to onboarding.

Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations in all technology-driven recruitment activities.

Explore and recommend emerging digital channels and technologies for effective talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications.

Above-average computer skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies.

Bachelor's degree is a plus.

Proficiency in using ATS (CATS is a plus), digital assessment tools, and video interviewing platforms.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication skills with the ability to convey technical information in a user-friendly manner.Company Description
