Overview:

M247 is seeking a Senior Security Networking Engineer to join our team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will have extensive experience designing, implementing, and managing network security solutions.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement network security solutions

Manage and troubleshoot network security issues

Conduct network security assessments and audits

Participating in the planning and implementation of security systems upgrades and expansions

Create and maintain network security documentation

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver security solutions

Qualifications:

CCNP Security, CISSP or equivalent certification

Minimum 10 years of experience in network security

Cisco ASA and Firepower NGIPS, ACLs, VACLs, TrustSec, Secure connectivity (IPsec, SSL/TLS VPNs)

Deep understanding and expertise with NAC solutions (Cisco ISE) and expertise in 802.1.x, MAB, AD, LDAP, RADIUS,

Strong understanding of Cisco DNAC, license management, SWIM, alarm management, integration with other support systems.

Cisco Umbrella, Secure Network Analysis (Stealthwatch), and AnyConnect

Requirements:

Must pass a thorough background check and 12-panel drug test

Ability to lift and move heavy equipment

Travel requirement up to 50%

US citizens or green card holders only

1099 or C2C only

No agencies or recruiting firms

Compensation:

Hourly rate range $85 – $115

Travel expenses reimbursed per client travel policy
