Reporting to the Vice President of HR, you'll lead the team to ensure high-quality, efficient, and consistent responses to HR-related inquiries and specialized service requests.

You will have an opportunity to:

Apply your lens of continuous improvement in HR service delivery through effective and efficient inquiry, case, and transaction processing management

Address internal and external employee needs, implementing best practices for improved service.

Design strategies and processes to enhance employee experience

Use data and feedback for continuous improvement and positive experiences

Proactively develop relationships with peers, clients, employees, and leaders, facilitating collaboration and innovation.
