continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Events Head to lead our event

management team.

Responsibilities:

1.Develop and implement comprehensive event plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and logistics.

2.Oversee all aspects of event execution, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery.

3.Manage a team of event planners and coordinators, providing guidance and support as needed.

4.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand event objectives and deliver on strategic goals.

5.Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, sponsors, and partners.

6.Monitor event performance and provide post-event analysis and recommendations for improvement.

7.Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives and market

trends.

8. Lead the sales team to achieve revenue and profitability targets by identifying new business opportunities and maximizing

existing customer relationships.

9. Lead negotiations for major contracts and deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

10. Contribute to the development of new products, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans.

Requirements:

1.Minimum of 8 years of experience in event management, with a proven track record of executing successful events.

2.Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.

3.Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.

4.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external

stakeholders.

5.Proficiency in event management software and tools.

6.Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, event management, or a related field.
