Responsibilities :

· Collaborating with relevant Marketing Managers to develop and execute integrated and impactful inbound and outbound marketing campaigns that are aligned across the buyer’s journey and deliver new, high quality leads and strong conversion rates

· Defining programme and campaign objectives and ensuring there is an effective sales and lead management strategy to support execution and delivery of agreed objectives

· Applying analytics to better profile, target and re-target prospects

· Managing budgets to support expected ROI and achieve/exceed campaign objectives

· Driving the digital experience in support of marketing campaigns, including user experience, assets, and digital demand tactics, such as offer management

· Owning and managing agency and vendor relationships in support of the integrated programme plans, including project managing paid media, live person and SEO

· Measuring the effectiveness of demand generation activity and adapting campaigns as necessary to deliver higher quality responses and improve conversion rates

· Ensuring accurate input and tracking in all campaign execution tools

· High level development of campaign strategies execution to support the business strategy/objectives

· Review of campaign planning data and results and employee remediation plans as needed.

Requirements:

· Graduate or equivelant.

· Commercial acumen with an understanding of retail metrics.

· Experience in international markets would be advantageous.

· Experience with performance marketing tools, including bid management.

· Must be detail-oriented, deadline driven, and able to multi-task with solid organisational and time management skills.

· Must be highly analytical with excellent reporting skills.
