Job Title: Odoo ERP Functional Consultant

Job Overview: We are seeking a talented Odoo Functional Consultant with expertise in the

accounting and manufacturing modules to join our team. As an Odoo Functional Consultant,

you will play a critical role in analysing our clients' business processes, designing and

configuring Odoo ERP solutions, and providing specialised support and guidance with

primary focus on the accounting, inventory and manufacturing modules.

Responsibilities:

1.

Conduct in-depth analysis of clients' accounting and manufacturing processes to

identify opportunities for optimization and automation.

2.

Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and define project scope, objectives,

and deliverables related to the accounting and manufacturing modules.

3.

Design and configure Odoo ERP solutions to meet clients' specific business

requirements, including modules such as Accounting, Invoicing, Inventory,

Manufacturing, and Quality Control.

4.

Provide expert guidance and recommendations to clients on best practices for

utilising Odoo's accounting and manufacturing modules to improve efficiency and

productivity.

5.

Conduct comprehensive user training sessions focused on the accounting and

manufacturing modules to educate clients on how to effectively utilise Odoo software

and maximise its benefits.

6.

Support clients throughout the implementation process of the accounting and

manufacturing modules, including data migration, system integration, testing, and

post-go-live support.

Qualifications:

1.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, Business,

or a related field.

Odoo certification(s), particularly related to accounting and manufacturing

modules, is a plus

2.

Experience:

Proven experience of 4-7 years as an Odoo ERP Functional Consultant with

a focus on accounting, inventory and manufacturing modules.

Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.

3.

Technical Skills:

In-depth knowledge of Odoo functionality, including General Ledger, Accounts

Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets.

Good knowledge and experience in monthly and yearly period closure

activities in Odoo ERP

Good knowledge and experience with Python and experience in developing

custom Odoo modules and extensions

4.

Communication Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey

technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

5.

Problem-Solving:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot

complex issues.
