As a Dump Truck Driver, you will play a vital role in our construction projects, transporting materials and equipment to and from job sites in a safe and efficient manner.

Job Location: Canada Salary: $20.00 -$25.00 hr Job Position: Dump truck driver Job Type: Full Time, Permanent, Part-Time, 40-60 hours per week Education: High School or Diploma Degree Experience: 1-2 Basic Requirements Responsibilities: Safely operate dump trucks to transport materials, such as gravel, sand, and construction debris, to and from job sites.

Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to ensure the safe operation of vehicles and compliance with transportation standards.

Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of trucks to identify any maintenance issues and ensure roadworthiness.

Load and unload materials using dump truck equipment, following proper procedures to secure loads and prevent spillage during transport.

Communicate effectively with project managers, supervisors, and other team members to coordinate logistics and ensure timely delivery of materials.

Maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections, mileage, and fuel consumption, and report any incidents or accidents to management promptly.

Keep trucks clean and well-maintained, including regular washing and servicing, to uphold company standards and prolong vehicle lifespan.

Qualifications: Valid Class A or Class B commercial driver's license with a clean driving record.

Proven experience driving dump trucks or similar heavy-duty vehicles in a construction or transportation environment.

Knowledge of safe driving practices, including defensive driving techniques and proper handling of heavy loads.

Ability to operate dump truck controls and hydraulic systems effectively.

Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and securing heavy materials.

Flexibility to work long hours, weekends, and occasional overnight trips as needed.
