Job Location: Canada Salary: $20.00 -$25.00 hr Job Position: Farm Tractor Operator Job Type: Full Time, Permanent, Part-Time, 40-60 hours per week Education: High School or Diploma Degree Experience: 1-2 Basic Requirements Responsibilities: Operate farm tractors and other machinery to perform various tasks, including plowing, planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops.

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on farm equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Assist with general farm duties as needed, including irrigation, crop maintenance, and livestock care.

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and prioritize work activities.

Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding farm operations, safety, and environmental compliance.

Maintain accurate records of work activities, equipment maintenance, and crop yields.

Qualifications: Proven experience operating farm tractors and agricultural machinery.

Knowledge of basic mechanical principles and ability to perform minor equipment repairs.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
