Job Description

Job Title: Thermoforming Operator

Reports to: Shift Supervisor Production Manager

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills

Ability to follow instructions and work independently

Experience with thermoforming machines is a plus

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Set up and operate thermoforming machines

Produce plastic parts according to specifications

Monitor production for quality and efficiency

Perform basic maintenance on machines

Communicate with supervisors and other employees

Follow all safety procedures

Physical Demands:

The ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds

The ability to work in a variety of temperatures and environments

Work Environment:

The work environment is typically noisy and may be hot or cold

Other Duties:

Other duties may be assigned as needed

2/2/3 shift. Straight nights.

40+ hours per week average.
