Hardware Assembling and Testing

Components testing

Conduct basic testing for electricals components.

Quality testing:

To ensure Product is Inspected and Tested as per defined Process Flow Chart and Quality Control Plan.

Timely Quality testing of raw materials/ Finished Goods

Inventory management

Maintain Raw material stock quantity sheet, internal notes sheet and make Material requisition file for raw material procurement.

Allocate work to technician as per MSQ or as per orders.

To maintain BOM.

Documentation & Certification

Preparing QAP and QC reports

Update and maintain manuals

Basic Requirement

BE/Diploma Electrical

Good knowledge of Electrical components

Atleast 2 years experience in Electrical industrial wiring
