Project manager- Civil

Role Summary :

Project Manager would be responsible for end to end of execution for the projects (including design, estimation, construction).

Expectations from the Role:

Managing the end to end of execution at site estimation, project planning, scheduling, deploying, monitoring, construction, and delivery

Key Deliverables:

- Manage entire project from financials and timelines point of view

- Schedule deliverables and ensure timely delivery

- Coordination with internal & external stakeholders as well as clients on all aspects of execution

- Ensuring best in class quality and safety standards

- Analyze and report the cost / time schedule /overruns from time to time and take appropriate measures

- Resource Planning, Materials Management, Contract Management and Safety Management

Candidate Profile:

- PG in Construction Management / Project Management AND B.E / B.Tech (Civil) or equivalent

- Minimum 12 yrs of experience in construction management/project management and presently handling similar role.

-- Candidates with strategic bent of mind, high on proactiveness and flexibility would be ideal fit to this role.

Interaction Matrix: The position would interact with the following stakeholders on regular basis for inputs, execution, feedback, escalation, etc
