Job Description

As a Financial Crime Compliance Specialist, you will maintain an overview of the sanctions regulations and industry standards currently applicable to LGT Group globally. As a member of the international sanctions team, you identify, analyze, manage and control LGT Group's sanctions risks.

You are used to communicating difficult issues professionally and comprehensibly at eye level.

You support local sanctions officers and work with business units and back office functions across disciplines and countries to set Group-wide standards.

You are a valued partner in solving complex issues and are happy to contribute to efficient solutions.

You create reports and perform controls to ensure compliant behavior of all units and react promptly to new issues and potential risks.

Requirements

Completed studies, ideally with a connection to law, finance or banking

Several years of experience in compliance, with a strong focus on economic sanctions (CH/EU/UK and US regime)

Good conceptual and analytical skills

Good coordination and communication skills

Reliable, solution-oriented way of working and quick comprehension skills

Assertive team player

Business fluent in German and English
