This key role focuses on creating, deploying, and maintaining resilient cloud-native solutions using cutting-edge technologies.

Position Overview:

As a Senior Software Developer, you will be crafting enterprise-level services and components. You will be using your expertise in C# / .NET Core, React, Svelte, Postgres, Kubernetes, and AWS to contribute to our client's commitment to excellence and innovation. OpenTelemetry and Apache Pulsar may also be used.

Must be US or Canadian citizen to be considered due to company authorizations.

Working with cross-functional teams, you'll lead the development, deployment, and maintenance of scalable cloud-native APIs.

Responsibilities:

Utilize your experience in building scalable, cloud-native APIs with C# / .NET Core, React, Svelte, Postgres, Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, Apache Pulsar, and Jenkins.

Work closely with Network Admin and DNS specialists to maintain the cloud infrastructure.

Lead releases to test environments for the database, application, and microservices, playing a crucial role in production releases.

Use Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and other state-of-the-art tools for efficient development and deployment.

Use Kubernetes to dockerize new solutions for deployment.

Building robust deployment pipelines for production releases with the DevOps team.

Use AWS to Orchestrate cloud solutions.

Maintain existing applications and create innovative features using cloud resources.

Operate in an agile team, following SAFE (Scaled Agile Framework) practices.

Qualifications:

Degree or advanced diploma in software engineering in Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

Foundation in cloud technologies and infrastructure management.

Experience with C# / .NET Core, React, Svelte, Postgres, Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, Apache Pulsar, Jenkins, Terraform, Salt Stack, or related tools.

Network Administration and DNS.

Demonstrated ability to facilitate releases to various environments.

Strong expertise in orchestration and deployment using modern cloud solutions.

MUST have familiarity with AWS cloud platforms.

Passion for staying up-to-date with emerging cloud features and technologies.

Exceptional problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Offers a competitive salary range of $130k to $165k CAD, along with outstanding benefits.
