itec group is currently recruiting for an experienced Project Engineer for a client in the manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be a strong team player with proven project management experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities:

Customer and supplier interface

Spearhead new product launches

Experience leading APQP teams

Establish production targets and goals

Coordinate cross functional teams

Coordinate line layout

Assist in quotation preperation

Estimate cycle times and determine cost for all operational processes

Provide updates to management and customers as required

What you bring to the table:

Degree or Diploma in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering

3-5 years experience in project management

Experience leading cross functional teams

Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively work with various departments including, supervisors and managers

Proficient with AutoCAD and SolidWorks

Experience in a high volume production environment is considered an asset

Ability to Liaise and lead efficiently at all levels of the organization
