Requirements

Bachelor's degree or comparable experience in a similar profession.

Immediate joiners are preferable for this role and must be based out in Chandigarh,India.

Experience in the US market is must with 4 to 5 years of full-lifecycle technical recruiting are needed.

Knowledge of W2, 1099, C2C, and work permits in the USA is required.

When speaking with applicants, you should be prepared, courteous, and proactive.

Competent in Microsoft Office and has expertise in setting up candidate interviews

Requires a technical recruitment experience and a solid comprehension of IT terminologies.
