Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff, including filing, organizing documents, answering phones, and other general office duties

Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
•
Answer and direct phone calls
•
Maintain filing systems and records
•
Maintain office supplies inventory
•
Collect on past due accounts
•
Prepare reports and documents as requested
Qualifications
•
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and have a strong attention to detail
•
We are looking for someone who is reliable and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
