Key Responsibilities:
This role involves strategic planning, developing Talent Acquisition (TA) policies, overseeing the identification and hiring process, and building strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers
Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent
Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various headcount goals across all levels within multiple departments
Create and implement Employment Marketing Strategies to attract passive job seekers
Work with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria
Collaborate with internal groups (e.g., HR, Marketing, Peers, Employees) to boost eNPS scores to boost retention rates and improve candidate perceptions
Regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process
Develop and implement search strategies that include vendor selection process and performance metrics for all searches
Develop and maintain career portals and post vacancies
Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, and employees
Conduct regular follow-up with hiring leads to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
Build networks to find qualified passive candidates
Over the course of 12-months, build and manage a team of talent acquisition specialists in a remote and in-office setting who can deliver on company growth needs
This position can be in-office or remote. If remote, ability to travel in to the office no less than once per quarter for Quarterly Business Reviews and face-to-face team building
Qualifications:
5+ years minimum of Staffing/ Recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience
3+ years minimum direct line management, preferably with direct management of 3+ individuals
Strong understanding and ability to recruit at all levels of the organization from entry level to executive staff
Experience managing direct reports in remote setting and in-office
Knowledge of EEO and DEI requirements
Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and team-based experience
Decisive ability to shift priorities and function effectively in a dynamic fast paced work culture
Flexibility to work surge hours as required
Clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment life-cycle processes
Experience with high volume recruiting
Strong work ethic is a must
Ability to work with minimal supervision and guidance is essential
Ability to interact with diplomacy and tact while maintaining appropriate assertiveness and persistence.
