Join our New York studio and be a part of a global network of studios spanning five cities (New York, Bangkok, San Francisco, London, and Miami).
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Comptroller to support our Global Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The Comptroller will play a key role in overseeing the financial operations of our company on a global scale, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes.
Monitor and analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations to the CFO for strategic decision-making.
Coordinate finance team in Manila to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial reporting across all locations.
Lead the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors to ensure timely completion of audits.
Provide guidance and support to finance staff on best practices and procedures for financial management.Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior financial role, preferably in a multinational corporation.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
