The Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects. Our ideal candidate possesses strong communication and organization skills, with the ability to efficiently problem solve. Must have a commitment to producing high-quality work, while being flexible, approachable, and take initiative to get things done with minimal guidance. This is an opportunity for a long term position and to join a growing company.

Responsibilities

Able to read/understand blueprints and build to spec with precision and quality

Manage both our existing pipeline and the development of new opportunities

Oversee multiple superintendents and their assigned projects

Motivate the team, track performance, provide metrics

Review daily reports provided by the superintendents

Build long term relationships with existing and new customers

Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements and Skills

5 years minimum industrial construction experience preferably in the automotive industry.

5 years experience as a project manager in construction

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Exceptional critical thinking skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Email)

Exceptional time management, accountability, and prioritization skills

Self-motivated, goal- oriented, and driven to accomplish department goals

Ability to be organized, problem solve, and be solution oriented

Ability to support a fast paced, demanding work schedule; could include late evenings and/or weekends when requested
