Golf Shop Attendant at Fox Hill

Job Description

The Golf Shop Attendant maintains golf shop operations by opening and closing the pro shop, processing all guest purchases, handling guest inquiries, booking tee times and lessons for members, and working with other staff members to ensure an efficient player registration process and golf operation.

Essential Functions:

Excellent customer service skills and abilities.

Talk with members regarding course, golf operations.

Basic understanding of retail operations and golf operations.

Stocks shelves, counters, or tables with merchandise.

Assist with tournaments or Golf Events.

Schedule tee times for Members and Guests.

Obtains merchandise requested by customer or receives merchandise selected by customer.

Answers customer's questions concerning location, price, and use of merchandise.

Accepts payment and makes change.

Cleans shelves, counters, or tables.

Assist with cart duties – Not limited.

Part Time: Hours Vary, weekend availability a must.

Pay Range: $14.42-$16 per hour
