Responsibilities
1. Attend and manage technician calls, ensuring timely follow-up for payment, pending jobs, and addressing cancellation requests.
2. Maintain a comprehensive record of customer complaints and queries in Google Sheets, resolving them promptly on a daily basis.
3. Actively participate in training sessions to stay updated on new job requirements and industry best practices. Coordination with on route technicians for their in-hand jobs & urgent same day jobs.
4. Skill fully prepare finalized job quotations using Google Sheets.
5. Regularly check and respond to emails and messages in WhatsApp groups, ensuring timely communication and addressing customer queries.
6. Data Entry & Backend support.
