Job Summary:

The Junior Salesforce Administrator is responsible for ongoing management of Salesforce and will provide day-to-day operational support to internal users. This is a collaborative and detail-oriented role that will interact with multiple parts of the organization and make an impact on the daily operation of the business.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

● Support of our Salesforce instance (Sitetracker).

● Support of Salesforce users, profiles, roles, permissions sets and other administrative responsibilities.

● Develop reporting based on requests from the Operations team.

● Responsible for bulk uploads from the operations team.

● Responsible for data cleanliness and identifying and resolving inaccuracies within our system.

● Organize and consolidate information from external sources to be put into Salesforce.

● Proactively collaborate with Operations to solicit feedback and to ameliorate existing processes.

● Develop a foundational understanding of our instance to provide support and train end-users.

Nonessential Functions:

Qualifications

Job Specifications:

● Previous technical support experience a plus.

● Previous operational experience supporting multiple teams and/or departments a plus.

● Proficient in MS Excel.

● Demonstrated ability to adapt and learn new systems.

● Good troubleshooting, analysis, and research skills are required.

● Excellent communication skills are required.

● Good people skills and team player.

Note: The company require all employees to work on-site at our office in Bacolod City. Hours of work is at night, from 10PM to 7AM.
