The earnings potential is based on a base wage of $16.00, and our achieve bonus program. Here is how our wages work: Based on your individual performance at 80% performance your wage with bonus equates to $16.80 per hour; at 100% performance your wage now equates to $18.88 and increases as your performance % increases.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Desire to work and be cross trained over multiple departments.

Develop and maintain an appropriate level of understanding of distribution center operations.

Maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards, while ensuring that all work is performed with a consistent sense of efficiency and urgency.

Work in compliance with all company, operations, systems, and safety related policies and procedures.

Maintain an acceptable level of attendance.

Perform housekeeping and other duties and responsibilities, as assigned

Qualifications:

18 years or older.

Successful completion of criminal background check and drug testing

High school diploma or GED or an equivalent combination of related experience, training, and/or education

Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment (limited heat or air conditioning)

Minimum of one-year distribution center experience is a plus

Experience with various equipment such as hand-trucks, reach trucks, order pickers a plus or ability to obtain and maintain powered industrial equipment certification is a plus

One year of order picking with handheld and/or wrist RF scanner preferred

Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) preferred

Effective communication skills, including the ability to read and write legibly and to understand and carry out oral and written instructions

English language fluency preferred

Strong basic math skills and attention to detail

Ability to work overtime, including occasional Saturdays

Complete understanding of safety and risk management

Hours:

Monday – Friday 6am - 2:30 pm

During peak season – shift times may change to a 9 hour day and there is a schedule of Saturdays to be worked if needed for business demands.

Physical Requirements:

· Must be able to perform work that involves standing, walking, and bending for a minimum of eight hours;

· Able to continuously lift to 30 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 70 pounds.
