Oven Operator

Job Description

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for ensuring that a high-quality and safe product is produced and baked.

Essential Job Functions

Set up baking programs and test all equipment.

Monitor oven temperature and product appearance.

Set up and verify printer.

Complete the required paperwork and report to upper management when machine repairs are needed.

Train new hires.

Notify upper management of non-conforming products and the supervisor or manager when accidents or incidents occur

Food Safety Responsibilities

All employees are required to immediately report and assist in the elimination or control of any food safety issues they observe to their supervisor

Monitors and enforces cGMPs

Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices and Pre-requisite programs

Qualifications/Physical Requirements

Ability to understand written and oral direction in English and/or Spanish.

Frequently lift and/or carry up to 50 Lbs.

Frequently push/pull up to 50 Lbs.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Available to work different shifts.
