Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for a**Project Coordinator**inMadison, AL. The**Project Coordinator**is responsible for working with the Project Manager and other team members to ensure consistent organization necessary to ensure project success. Candidate will coordinate all scheduling and implement project goals with team members as well as customers. Will maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, expenditures and track project accomplishments.

**Essential Functions:

**

Maintain/monitor project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.

Organize, attend, and participate in meetings with customers.

Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.

Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings.

Ensure project deadlines are met.

Provide administrative support as needed.

Undertake project tasks as required.

Develop project strategies.

Ensure project documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.

Create and manage a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.

Excellent Verbal and communication skills

Ability to prioritize and multi-task.

Expertise in Microsoft Office

Project Coordination

**Required Education and Experience:

**

High School Graduation, or its equivalent

At least 5 years of experience in a Manufacturing environment.

**Preferred Education and Experience

**

Bachelor’s Degree

5 years’ experience in a Manufacturing environment
