What You'll Do
Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Educate patients on disease prevention and self-care.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for coordinated care.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Current RN license in Washington.
- Minimum 2 years of primary care nursing experience.
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
- Commitment to professional development and teamwork.
