Jing-Jin Electric (JJE) is a world leader of motor systems and electric drive assembly for new energy vehicles (NEV), covering pure electric vehicles (EVs), plug-in hybrids, and hybrids. JJE employs more than 2,000 employees. We are in process of launching our North America Operation, an automated production facility, in Farmington Hills, Michigan. We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our launch!

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for building and executing talent acquisition strategies that ensure the quality of the candidate experience, strengthen the recruitment brand, and builds a talent pipeline for Jing-Jin Electric, North America. This includes accessing and managing recruitment systems and tools, as well as assessing recruitment effectiveness. This position collaborates closely with hiring managers, employees, referrals, active candidates, and passive leads to continually improve JJE's recruitment efforts.

Duties/Responsibilities:

* Design and implement talent acquisition strategies that optimize and align the recruitment life cycle across functional areas in the US Region.

* Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to assess talent requirements and advise on best hiring strategy.

* Identify, source, and assess a diverse pool of qualified candidates, manage candidates through the full recruitment process, and focus on providing each candidate a great experience.

* Provide regular status updates to hiring managers and business leaders. Create offers and provide handoff to other HR members for onboarding.

* Partner with Executive Management Team to develop projected headcount.

* Partner with hiring managers to develop and/or improve job descriptions.

* Conducts Stay interviews and Exit interviews to determine reasons for leaving and to identify possible turnover.

* Assist in the development and management of JJE's college relations strategy to build a strong foundation for recruiting and relationships with colleges.

* Utilize analytics to select a variety of resources to identify and attract quality candidates such as, community events, recruiting technology, social media, etc.

* Ensure selected recruiting tools and technology is utilized efficiently to maximize accuracy of applicant data.

* Stay informed on creative sourcing techniques to cultivate diverse talent pipelines.

* All other duties and projects as assigned.

Education, Experience & Skills:

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field from an accredited four-year college or university preferred, or equivalent related experience

* Typically requires a minimum of 3+ years previous or related experience

* Ability to identify and solve problems, to work within deadlines with a high attention to detail, and to work independently in a fast paced, dynamic environment

* Strong business acumen and the ability to influence and develop strong working relationships with all levels of employees, senior level management and/or executives

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation delivery

* Must have broad, basic understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws

* Advanced computer skills, especially in MS Office

* A successful track record of managing talent acquisition in a dynamic organization

* Demonstrated knowledge and use of recruiting technology, such as, applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn, Indeed, etc., to ensure maximum efficiency, including improved applicant experience
