The Role:

In this dynamic role, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside our team of experienced technicians, assisting with the maintenance, repair, and installation of telecommunications equipment on towers and other structures. You'll be responsible for following all safety protocols, using specialized tools and equipment, maintaining accurate records, and actively participating in ongoing training and development opportunities.

You'll Need:

High School Diploma/GED

Valid Driver's License with a Clean Record

Ability to Work at Heights & in Adverse Weather

Strong Communication & Teamwork Skills

Willingness to Learn & Take on ChallengesPreferred Qualifications:

Reliable transportation

Certifications including OSHA, First Aid, CPR

Some prior tower/telecommunications experience (not required)

Mechanical/technical aptitude

Problem-solving abilities
