Brief Summary of the Role:

The Product Delivery Consultant is a hybrid role that combines deep technical expertise with exceptional relationship management skills. This role is designed to ensure the success and satisfaction of our customers and partners while also providing expert consulting services. As a trusted advisor, you will guide stakeholders through the implementation, optimization, and strategic utilization of our products, ensuring their business goals are met and value is maximized.

What you’ll be doing:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, becoming a trusted advisor on Copado's capabilities and best practices.

Lead successful product implementations, aligning with the business goals and technical requirements of clients and partners.

Conduct proactively assessments to evaluate adoption, usage, and the value derived from our solutions.

Develop and deliver tailored training sessions, workshops, and enablement programs for customers, partners, and internal teams.

Provide expert advice on best practices in DevOps, leveraging our solutions to enhance efficiency, quality, and delivery speed.

Collaborate with product teams to relay feedback from clients and partners, influencing future product enhancements and features.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and success.

Act as a DevOps consultant, advising on strategy, process improvement, and adoption of best practices in DevOps methodologies.

We are looking for someone with:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

5+ years of experience in technical roles within the DevOps and Salesforce ecosystem.

Proven expertise in Salesforce development and deployment processes, including Salesforce DX, source control, and CI/CD tools.

Strong familiarity with our solutions and their application within Salesforce DevOps workflows.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships and delivering compelling training sessions.

A proactive mindset focused on customer and partner success, committed to delivering value and exceeding expectations.

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
