Job Title: Sales Person

Location: Trichy

Salary Range: 8,000 - 12,000 per month

Shift Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Person to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a flair for sales. This role involves direct interaction with customers, handling sales transactions, and ensuring that high standards of customer satisfaction are maintained.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Greet and interact with customers, offering assistance with product selection to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Sales Efficiency: Drive sales through engaging customer interactions and excellent product knowledge. Utilize up-selling and cross-selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.

Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of all the products available in the store. Keep up-to-date with new products and trends.

Inventory Management: Assist in stock management tasks such as receiving shipments, organizing stock, replenishing shelves, and conducting inventory checks.

Store Maintenance: Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and well-maintained. Assist in visual merchandising to ensure products are displayed attractively.

Transaction Handling: Operate registers, manage financial transactions accurately, and handle cash and card payments securely.

Essential Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
