Key Accountabilities
You will complete a broad variety of tasks as part of the programme management office leading a transformational multi-year programme spanning all four Euronext Securities locations (Copenhagen, Milan, Oslo, Porto).
Governance: Act as the single point of contact for all project contributors/business units across the organisation, support the Programme Director to be the guardian of all project governance bodies, including the preparation of monthly steering committees; producing clear and crisp meeting materials; managing contributions from key stakeholders; producing minutes and maintaining open actions and decisions logs; organising and coordinating other ad hoc meetings as necessary.
Project Management: support the Delivery Managers to ensure milestones are met as per the agreed project plan; strictly adhere to the Euronext project management policy, including the coordination and organisation of the various gates to be passed during the lifetime of the project.
Budget: work closely with Finance, Human Resources and the Programme Director to monitor the programme budget and recruitment decisions, and to ensure adequate staffing levels; centralise, monitor and, if needed, challenge expense requests.
Communication: issue regular updates for client-facing teams; issue a monthly newsletter to communicate important information project contributors; prepare periodic town halls (set dates, draft materials, maintain questions log); issue quarterly memo for Board of Directors
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required
2-3 years of project management experience, preferably in the financial sector
Strong desire to build a career as a Project Manager
Fluent in English with excellent communication, writing and presentation skills (Portuguese is not a must)
Financial acumen is an advantage
Demonstrated ability perform well and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, transforming and results driven environment
Strong organisational skills with ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks
Experience in working with international teams is an advantage
Strong proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage stakeholders at different levels
Ability to conduct research and present data in a succinct and well-written manner
Ability to work independently
