My client has an open full time/direct hire QC Inspector I role. My client is in the Aerospace and Defense industry.

Job requirements:

Independently operate equipment in an efficient and safe manner while meeting required quality standards.

Meet customer requirements by following work instructions including work orders and specification sheets.

Identify potential issues/problems and recommend corrective action measures.

Generate Non-Conformance reports for all discrepant material.

Complete all paperwork and documentation required with order.

Verify all traveler signoffs have been completed.

Verify all SPC sheets have been completed and signed off.

Verify and complete Inspection reports.

Verify calibration of all inspection tooling.

Other essential duties as assigned.

CMM experience is highly desired.

Education:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 3-5 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Knowledge:

Familiarization with inspection tooling, height gages, calipers, and micrometers.

Must have the knowledge and experience necessary for the position.

Must be able to follow instructions and procedures and work with minimal supervision.

Must be capable of reading drawings and inspecting the work being performed.

Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.Company Description
