About the Role:

As an Assistant General Manager (AGM), you play a pivotal role in our success story. You’ll be instrumental in maintaining our high standards of service and food quality, mentoring our team, and ensuring operational excellence at your location. Your goal is to provide an exceptional guest experience, support front and back-of-house operations, and prepare for the eventual role of a General Manager.

Responsibilities Include:

Managing daily operations of a bustling QSR location.

Driving sales through strategic marketing and promotions.

Recruiting, training, and leading a dedicated team.

Financial analysis, forecasting, and performance management.

Upholding company standards, including facility and equipment maintenance.

Who We’re Looking For:

Experienced Leaders: 2-4 years as AGM or GM in the fast-food/QSR sector.

Proven Track Record: 5-10 years in fast food or QSR management.

Adaptable & Organized: Capable of thriving in a fast-paced setting.

Exceptional Leaders: Strong in training, development, and motivation.

Availability: Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
