Position Details:

Client: Fortune 500 (Banking / Financial Giant)

Job Title: Customer Service Associate

Duration: 06 months

Location: San Antonio, TX 78251(Onsite)

Shift: Mon-Fri (07:00 AM to 05:00 PM Flexible)

Pay range: $20-21.00/Hr.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide support to internal and external customers in account management, operations, documentation, and technical support.

Review basic or tactical customer issues regarding products and services, billing, account questions, or account transactions with narrower impact.

Receive direction from managers and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing understanding of the related policies, procedures, or compliance requirements.

Act as a primary support person for the customer and internal partners supporting customer services. Provide information to managers as well as internal and external customers to resolve customer issues.

Required Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience preferred ; 2 years minimum

Aid in Remediation Process: comfortable supporting claims, interacting with research group. Good critical thinking skills and ability to work on tasks that are time sensitive. Experience working on production pipeline.

Aid in Payment Processing: backend of claims, detail oriented with research and data knowledge. Experience working with various tax documents (W9, Bankruptcy, 1099)
