Job Description
We are looking for an IT Technician for a Managed Service Provider.
Responsibilities:
Maintenance/Installation of operating systems, network systems, software, and hardware
Monitor system operations to detect potential problems
Implement network systems to support communication between all departments
Collaborate with a technical team developing and improving best practices
Provide quality assurance review of new and existing software products
Qualifications:
Previous experience in information technology
Fundamental knowledge of networking, hardware, and software
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Deadline and detail-oriented
Required Skills:
Windows 2012/2016/2019 Server
Technology troubleshooting.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of Windows administration.
Strong knowledge of networking, routers, switches, firewalls, Domains, DNS, DHCP, Subnetting, and working with ISPs.
Enthusiastic personality and strong work ethic
Preferred Experience:
Office 365/Azure
Virtualization (VMWare, Microsoft)
General knowledge of Linux OS is a plus but not required
Strong Verbal and communication skills.
Well-organized and Customer Service skills

Pay: $34.00 - $40.00 per hour
