About the Role
We are looking for a Quality Customer Manager, Deputy QM at Magna Cartech in Czech Republic.
Your Responsibilities
Responsibility for CRR (Continuous Risk Reduction)
Responsibility for FMEA process
Participates in the creation and implementation of project documentation (control plan, flow chart, FMEA), inspection fixtures and quality tools.
Updates quality area records in the CPMP application.
Participates in change management coordinated by the Technical Office department
Manages the sampling schedule of new projects in the pre-series production phase
Who we are looking for
Provides leadership and development of the APQPs and Quality Engineers team
Ensures the quality aspect of new projects in the pre-series production phase (Quality Gates: planning, compliance, evaluation)
Experience in managing people
Reading technical drawings, specifications
Your preferred qualifications
Education: Technical high school/university
Experience: Min. 3 years in the automotive industry
Language skills: English/German fluent
PC knowledge: User experience
