Skilled Trades Recruiter

Precision Staffing is seeking a Skilled Trades Recruiter for a key client in West Chester, OH. The skilled trades recruiter will be responsible for the full cycle recruiting of various positions including Mechanics, Crane Operations, Maintenance Technicians, and similar roles.

Responsibilities for Skilled Trades Recruiter:

Post openings on both internal and external job boards.

Utilize social media platforms and other innovative methods to source potential candidates.

Review resumes to assess qualifications and suitability for the roles.

Conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews.

Facilitate offer extensions.

Requirements Skilled Trades Recruiter:

Prior experience in recruiting for skilled trade positions.

Proficiency in utilizing job boards and social media for sourcing.

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS); experience with Paycor is a definite advantage.

A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
