Supervisor - Customer Service

Holman has a great opportunity for a Customer Service Supervisor to join our team in Rancho Cordova, CA.

Job Functions:

Possess a passion for customer satisfaction

Develop and implement customer service standards, policies and procedures

Oversee the achievement of annual sales goals

Oversee maintenance of customer relationships to ensure prompt response time and adherence to our core values

Direct the daily operations of the customer service team

Plan, prioritize and delegate work tasks to ensure proper functioning of the department

Co-ordinate and manage customer service projects and initiatives

Work with RSM’s to promote continued sales and create strong customer relationships to achieve long & short term goals

Co-ordinate and manage customer service projects and initiatives

Identify and address staff training and coaching needs

Ensure the necessary resources and tools are available for quality customer service delivery

Develop training for current and future customer service representatives

Identify ways to evolve career opportunities for team members

Education and/or Relevant Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience

Additional education, certifications, or other distinctions are a plus

Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)

3-5+ years’ sales & customer-facing experience

Proven sales track record

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong supervisory and leadership skills

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $67,670.00 - $98,125.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.
