Outbound Order Selector

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN WAREHOUSE ORDER SELECTOR The position is 3rd shift, Sunday through Thursday starting at 7pm. You are responsible for filling customer orders in a safe, productive, and accurate manner. Products are hand-selected and strategically placed on pallets that are eventually loaded onto our fleet of trucks (not a pick and pack process).

JOB DETAILS:

Sunday - Thursday night schedule, start @ 7pm until work is complete

Base Pay at $23 per hour in 90-day training period with immediate bonus incentives!

Activity Based Compensation after training making $25 to $30 per hour!

$200 per month Attendance bonus!

$1500 training bonus after successful completion of 90-day training period!

Weekly Error bonus starts immediately. Make up to an additional $800 per month for zero errors!

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Vocollect experience is a plus or/some type of Warehouse Management System knowledge

Must be able to work in temperature-controlled environment

Pallet jack experience is required, and stand-up forklift experience is required

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 80 pounds infrequently

The successful candidate must demonstrate time management skills, attention to detail and the ability to organize multiple priorities.
