The position will involve the following areas of responsibility:
CFO Administrative duties:
Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
Diary management for CFO - organizing meetings, appointments and liaising with attendees
Acting as a first point of contact and often controlling access to the CFO
Preparation of CFO meetings
Collating and filing expenses for the CFO
Take minutes during meetings
Filing paperwork and record-keeping
Ah hoc finance projects
Documents and reports
Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and communications
Document review and preparation
Travel management:
Making travel arrangements including booking transport and accommodation
Ensure itineraries for travel are given prior to travel
Corporate governances’ duties
Preparing and taking minutes of board and committee meetings to reflect the board/committee’s duties. Key role in setting the agenda, capturing minutes and getting them approved as well as preplanning/meets
Carrying out background research and presenting findings
Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
Communication with the executive team which includes collaboration with the board/ executive team to identify and prioritize discussions
Responsible for legal entity governance management. Responsible for overseeing this area, which includes ensuring that all board directors operate according to the provisions of the company’s Articles of Incorporation, bylaws, charters and other founding documents. This includes the subsidiaries
Updating corporate structure organigrams
Ensuring the board has the resources to fulfil its duties to the company’s shareholders. The “go to” person when the answers are required.
Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business

You will have (Essential Skills):
3- 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or related role
Business Administration Degree or equivalent (Move to desirable)
Previous experience working with Outlook/ PowerPoint/ Visio
Experience in managing a diary and travel
Demonstrates consistent behavior aligned to the Organizational Culture and Combiined F (added for internal)
Ability to keep company confidences (Remove, is covered under person specifications)
You will have (Desirable Qualifications):
Experience in Navision
Previous experience in a Financial environment
Advanced Excel skills
