Primary Purpose:

The Senior Creative Presentation Designer will provide graphic design and art direction to produce key presentations for a variety of needs to include sales presentations, print materials, and more. Candidate must be skilled in designing within company and licensee brand guidelines, along with brand styling in all materials.

Job Description:

Design and create effective brand-specific presentations, using photography, video, typography, storytelling, information design, illustration and motion design to boldly communicate product features.

Create a presentation deck that captures our core FNA Group identity, ensuring that our audience receives an impactful message.

Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to provide creative support to key marketing projects, external business or line reviews, and specific product support launches.

Work collaboratively with internal, cross-functional groups (including brand, marketing, corporate and communications) to provide concept development, graphic design and art direction of visual presentations for key brand initiatives and internal communications.

Create and manage complex and effective brand specific presentation templates that address a wide variety of functions.

Maintain brand guidelines and provide consultation on other teams' presentations.

Be exceptionally skilled in all presentation software and platforms, and extremely proficient in graphic design systems, informational design and motion design.

Qualifications:

The Senior Creative Presentation Designer will have technical know-how to maximize Microsoft PowerPoint's functions, and the creative background needed to provide professional presentations that deliver clear business objectives.

The Senior Creative Presentation Designer should have experience with some or all of the following: graphics, charts, infographics, working within brand standards and color themes, creating master templates, using animations, hyperlinking to external documents, transitional slides and video support.

Must be highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and highly efficient in PowerPoint.

Experience in the creation and implementation of relevant graphic design projects.

Highly versed in design production for both print and electronic media.

Excellent written/verbal communication skills, and a demonstrated experience with developing strategic and engaging storytelling for presentations.

Talent for, and proficiency in, analytical thinking, editing and coordinating with writers.

Proven ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality while working with highly competitive and sensitive information and data.

Proven organizational and time management skills; must be self-motivated and able to work independently.

Ability to change priorities quickly and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Must have exemplary skills in dealing with people, and ability to work effectively across teams, with corporate resources and with outside resources as necessary.

Education/Certification:

College degree in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, or Digital Communications preferred. May also consider an equivalent combination of education and work experience as listed above.
